Insurance Trade | Arag Italia renews #Next!, the policy for professionals

Arag Italia launches the new version of Arag Tutela Legale Professionista Next !which provides specific coverage for professionals working in the technical-administrative or healthcare field. The product is designed for those who carry out professional activities with a VAT number, even if they are not registered in any professional register, order or register, for those who work in an associated firm or in a professional partnership.

In the healthcare area, the company says, the policy is also intended for employed doctors or healthcare workers. The coverage includes criminal defense also valid at an international level, the possibility of requesting compensation for damages suffered and legal support in contractual disputes involving employees or suppliers. Insured persons are also protected from the risk of having to face legal and expert fees related to disputes, both out of court and in court, relating to their profession and road accidents.

Three lines have been created, Classic, Top and Premium. The basic limit per claim is 25 thousand euros but the customer can choose to further increase it up to 75 thousand. New optional options have been added such as retroactivity and posthumous claims reporting for up to 10 years. Finally, criminal protection is valid throughout the world with advance payments of up to 15 thousand euros.
