Productive activities, “Sicily likes 2024” tender: three notices for 1.3 million

PALERMO – Theregional department of Productive Activities has issued the new announcement “Sicily that we like 2024” to support with capital contributions events, fairs and promotional campaigns of Sicilian products and production systems.

Building on last year’s experience, the department has proposed again, with a overall financial endowment of 1.3 million eurosthe measure aimed at small businesses on the island that aim for local economic growth and the diversification of the offer of products and services, contributing to a significant impact on the communities in which they operate.

The three public notices

The warnings are Three. The first is aimed at private companies and provides 600 thousand euros for micro-enterprises, legal representatives, production districts and commercial nature centers; the maximum funding for each project cannot exceed the amount of 25 thousand euros (VAT included). The second notice from 300 thousand euros will serve to finance trade associations and former non-profit organizations, whose proposals can receive a maximum of 20 thousand euros each.

A third notice is addressed to local authorities, even in associated form, who reside in Sicily, allocating 400 thousand euros to finance each initiative with a maximum of ten thousand euros on capital account.

The three notices of “Sicily that pleases” concern companies in the sectors agri-food, craftsmanship, nautical and sea ​​economystone and home systems, fashion and goldsmithing, information and communication technologies, mechatronics.

Businesses excluded

Initiatives relating to the primary production sector of agriculture, fishing, aquaculture and the tourism sector, which do not fall within the scope of competence of the Department of Productive Activities, are excluded.

Furthermore, initiatives concerning i agri-food productseven if processed, whose brands are subject to protection by a recognized consortium (DOC, DOCG, IGT, IGP, DOP and STG products), as subject to specific support interventionsvalorization and internationalization by theDepartment of Agriculturerural development and fisheries.
