Viareggio – The document was signed by the government allies of Mayor Del Ghingaro who, in this way, closes ranks in view of the end of term deadlines but also traces the path for the next mayoral candidate
Mayor Del Ghingaro closes ranks for the end of his mandate and, at the same time, leaves the path mapped out for the mayor or mayor who will succeed him, certain that – he stated – the next administration of Viareggio will be in continuity with this one.
Thus was born “Casa Viareggio”, a political container that brings together the majority forces but also the Civicamente Troiso and Buonsenso lists, with the president of Mover Bucciarelli, within a new civic project in view of the next administrative elections in 2026.
The symbolic signature of the document was signed inside the conference room of the fish market, at the end of a meeting in which the mayor summarized the objectives achieved by the administration and those in the process of being achieved, including: Stadio dei Pini, market of Piazza Cavour, Belvedere of Torre del Lago and via Mazzini.
Before signing, Del Ghingaro urged his allies to continue working and to do so in silence because, he underlined, the continuous rumors of candidacies for mayor do nothing but play into the hands of his adversaries while the strength of this administration, if it wishes to be brought ahead, it will have to be compactness.
When the time comes, concluded Del Ghingaro, we will find the right – or the right – candidate who can represent us in the electoral campaign.
This document arrives on the eve of an important deadline for the city, namely the city council on Friday in which the final budget for 2023 will have to be voted on.
