Chiara Ferragni’s companies change structure, Damato leaves – News

Fabio Maria Damato leaves Chiara Ferragni’s group. The companies Fenice and TBS Crew communicate in a note that from 16 June the manager “will cease from the role of General Manager and advisor of both companies to pursue other professional opportunities”. “The change – continues the note – is part of a process of corporate renewal”.

The manager, born in Barletta and graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi, had been part of Ferragni’s group since 2017. He was the influencer’s right-hand man, covering crucial roles as general manager of The Blonde Salad and Chiara Ferragni Collection.

The relationship would have deteriorated following the Balocco case and other events linked to charity initiatives. His exit from the group follows the turning point already implemented by Ferragni with the appointment of his mother, Marina Di Guardo, as general director of the Sisterhood, with management powers that were previously in Damato’s hands.
His role has always been central not only in the economic management of companies, but also in the influencer’s outfit choices as also emerges from the documentary “Chiara Ferragni Unposted”, of which the manager is one of the executive producers.

Damato would also have played a role in the separation with Fedez. The rapper has revealed on several occasions his irritation towards his wife’s right-hand man, who he considers to be among those responsible for his wife’s media meltdown. Since then, rumors had circulated that Ferragni had served the Bocconi student well, which today have become reality
