The first season of Gomorrah made its debut on March 6, 2014. A series which, in a very short time, was able to write history in the world of Italian TV and which managed to conquer the whole world.
For celebrate ten years since the debut, the actors who were the protagonists of the series have reunited for the special “Gomorrah – The series: 10 years later”, it is a special in which all the original actors will be present and which will make its debut Sunday 2 June on Sky. The event not to be missed is therefore at 9.15pm on Sky Antico or streaming on Now.
The Gomorra series consists of 58 episodes and a filma project that was able to travel around the world and which ensured that the streets of the suburbs of Naples were known everywhere, a place where there is no shortage of numerous struggles for power.
It is a story with very dark colors within which there is no shortage of unforgettable characters together with a large number of twists. A series that made that same suburb almost become a symbol of the suburbs of the entire world.
A series much loved in Italy and abroad to the point that it was included twice on the podium of the New York Times best series of the year. An exclusive clip was also released in which the four actors, the main characters, recalled how at the time they were selected for that role which was able to change their lives.
It was Cattleya who produced the TV series Gomorrah based on an idea by Roberto Saviano. Many actors participated in the cast including Marco D’Amore (Ciro Di Marzio), Salvatore Esposito (Genny Savastano), Fortunato Cerlino (Don Pietro), Maria Pia Calzone (Donna Imma), Ivana Lotito (Azzurra) and Cristina Donadio (Scianel), Arturo Muselli (Blue Blood) and Fabio De Caro (Malammore).
