Daniela Santanché has assigned to the court procedure for the negotiated settlement of the Visibilia crisis (which allows to avoid bankruptcy and related bankruptcy) the three-level building not far from Piazzale Baracca in Milan in which she herself lives and where on one level there is it is also his personal office registered to one of his companies, Immobiliare Dani as well as the private gym. The deed of «destination for purposes worthy of protection» was stipulated last May 29th in the office of the Milanese notary Giuseppe Trimarchi and was then corrected last June 6th to become effective.
If no other funds are found for 10 years, the building will be salable to anyone
Santanché’s house and office were intended to free Visibilia from a debt of 6.39 million euros with Marco Tronchetti Provera’s Prelios group, but the transfer to the procedure took place with some clauses: house and office of the Minister of Tourism for 10 years up to 2023 will have the destination constraint on the procedure with Visibilia’s creditors but they can be sold «with the express provision that the relative price up to the amount of 5.7 million euros must be paid by the purchasing party into a specific registered current account to the notary receiving the deed” who will then forward the sum to the procedure.
A 596 square meter home-office complete with gym and hydromassage tub
The building that Santanché is depriving herself of to avoid risking the fraudulent bankruptcy of her group is made up of a private home with 12 rooms on 296 square metres, divided between the first and second floors. The office part owned by Immobiliare Dani is a bit smaller: 9 rooms for a total of 246 square metres, divided between two rooms and service on the mezzanine floor and three rooms plus archive and accessories in the basement. The common parts between the house and the office which are listed in the deed have also been sold: a courtyard, a garden, a stairwell and some rooms for fitness use with a tub (whirlpool), services and accessories for a total of 54 square metres. The home-office-gym of the current Minister of Tourism therefore covered a total of 596 square meters plus courtyard and garden.
