What happened to the presenter of Dancing

Milly Carlucci she ended up in hospital due to contaminated food. She told it herself in an interview with Ok Salute a couple of years ago, where she said: “Over 25 years ago I had botulinum poisoning. At the restaurant I had eaten shellfish which, in my opinion, had been defrosted and then refrozen. I was sick for two weeks, with a high fever.”

The consequence is that today she is unable to eat any fish products, which causes a real allergic reaction. “I noticed that just smelling fish made my glottis close, and it even swells if I eat foods that have come into contact with fish products” explains. And she adds that she is very careful about eating and that she has also become intolerant to gluten and lactose. But, she concludes: “I eat everything carefully, obviously including vegetables, especially bitter green ones, and then fruit and seeds, nuts, pine nuts, almonds… The important thing is to mix wisely, with awareness of what you are doing”.
