In the last 7 days they have been detected in Tuscany 47 new cases of positivity to Covid-19 and one death attributable to the virus was recorded.
This is what emerges from the weekly health bulletin released by the Region which monitors the progress of the epidemic in the area. In terms of infections, 29 were confirmed with a molecular swab and the other 18 with a rapid test.
The patients are 13 (4 more than the previous week, up 44.4%), of which none (stable) are in intensive care. 181 are in isolation at home because they have mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment or are symptom-free (26 more than the previous week, up 16.8%).
The list of deaths attributable to the virus is updated with a new victim: an 82-year-old woman resident in the province of Florence.
In the last week they have been registered 16 new healings. 1,641,139 total recoveries since the beginning of the epidemic, representing 99.2% of those affected by Covid in the regional territory.

ASL Central Tuscany: With the latest cases, the number of positive cases since the beginning of the emergency in the municipalities of the metropolitan city of Florence rises to 441,664 (15 more than the previous week), 107,125 in the province of Prato (2 more), 128,082 in Pistoia (2 more ),
ASL Tuscany North West: 86,847 in Massa Carrara, 180,075 in Lucca (2 more), 194,486 in Pisa (4 more), 152,843 in Livorno (3 more),
ASL Tuscany South East: 149,514 in Arezzo (7 more), 118,695 in Siena (7 more) and 92,907 in Grosseto (5 more).
