The meeting took place on 10 April in Assolombarda between the Company and the RSU Coordination, assisted by the trade unions. national and territorial to take stock of the company’s economic results and the inflation trend in relation to the increase in the fixed part of the on-call allowance.

The Company has communicated that for 2023 (with payment in June 2024) Schindler’s PdR has reached the record value of 1,660 Euros at level C3 (formerly 5th level) with an increase of 100 Euros compared to the previous year, of of which 40 Euros for the expected increase negotiated in the current agreement and 60 Euros of increase due to the better results. Overall, 116% of the expected objectives were achieved (compared to 112% last year). Below is the breakdown of the PdR by levels:

This is once again the best result achieved in economic terms for the PdR since its establishment, as well as the highest PdR among the companies in the sector this year too.

We remind you that also for this year the taxation of performance bonuses has been halved from 10 to 5%. We also remind you that as a result of the agreement signed on 19 September 2022, each worker will be able to decide whether to fully or partially convert (25%, 50%, 75%) this PdR into company welfare, thus benefiting from a total exemption from contributions and taxation. of the converted value but also of an increase of 12% in case of conversion up to 50% and of 15% in case of higher conversion.

So, for example, in the case of a C3 level the further net increase, compared to that generated by the tax and contribution benefits, due to the transformation of the PdR would be 43.70 Euros with a conversion at 25%, of 87.40 Euros with a 50% conversion, 163.87 Euros with a 75% conversion and 218.50 Euros for a total conversion.

Furthermore, an increase in the rate of conversion into PdR welfare was noted compared to the previous year with a clear prevalence of conversion at 100%.

As regards the on-call allowance, as per the supplementary agreement, an increase corresponding to the 2023 inflation value (FOI index) plus a further 0.5% was applied, which brings the value of the allowance to 251, 15 Euros, or above the minimum guarantee established for 2024 of 250 Euros.

Finally, with regard to smart working, the company has communicated that starting from next May 8th there will be the possibility for the staff of the offices to return to benefiting, after signing an individual agreement, of a maximum of 4 days a month for a maximum of 20% of the total company population.

The Coordination of the RSU and the trade unions. they therefore express great satisfaction for the consolidation of the important economic results achieved, a sign that the agreements signed in September 2022 are working and continue to produce positive effects for all the company’s workers.
