Five-figure condominium dispute in City Life, starring one of the most beloved Italian singers. At the center of the lawsuit brought by a neighbor who, as reported by the newspaper The Truth, would ask for the astronomical sum of 200 thousand euros in damages, there is in fact, Eros Ramazzotti.

To cause the neighbor’s anger, Paolo RossiGenoese auditor residing in the apartment below the singer’s in the Milanese neighborhood, would be the works carried out in recent months by the singer in the new apartment, purchased in October 2024.

In fact, according to what was reported by the newspaper, Eros Ramazzotti immediately started some renovation work that, his neighbor’s lawyers describe in an apocalyptic tone as “unusual demolition work”.
In particular, the lawyers write: “On the afternoon of 4 December 2024, while pneumatic hammers were being used, a collapse occurred in Dr Rossi’s apartment, as a part used as a gym and sauna suffered a total detachment of the ceiling, which was ruined on the floor, on the sauna and on the gym equipment and, by chance alone, did not injure the appellants, fortunately not present in the house at that moment”.
From that moment on, a legal battle began, with the neighbor dragging the singer to court, requesting, through his lawyers, damages amounting to as much as 200,000 euros.
The court has set a hearing for the parties’ second attempt at conciliation in mid-January. If this attempt fails, the battle will continue.
The version of Eros Ramazzotti’s lawyer, the lawyer Puglisi, however, denies the astronomical figure of which the newspaper La Verità writes, and underlines: “The proceedings before the court are underway and in this judgment many other subjects are involved, in addition to Dr. Rossi and Ramazzotti, precisely to verify what and who are responsible for what happened.” And he adds: “According to our technicians, the damage that Dr. Rossi may have suffered amounts to an amount far and substantially lower than what is reported in the press headlines. It will naturally be the technical consultant appointed by the court who will verify the objective amount, with a technical and balanced judgment in which he trusts.”
