UK National Health Service cancer specialist Dr Clive Peedell condemned an article on The UK Telegraph for its coverage of Kate Middleton’s Trooping the Color appearance causing widespread controversy in England: “As a cancer specialist, I find this level of journalism absolutely appalling. It’s hard to know where to start when there is so little understanding of how cancer affects people.”Peedell tweeted.

Among the many people who intervened after Kate Middleton’s public appearance there was also the Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow who sent the princess a public message: “Nice to see you so well and happy”. Gwyneth’s thoughts are the same as many people around the world, all happy to see Prince William’s wife in person again.
