The historic Italian band Pooh, formed way back in 1966 in Bologna, announced their dissolution in 2016, marking the end of an era. The group, composed of Roby Facchinetti, Dodi Battaglia, Red Canzian and Stefano D’Orazio, spent fifty years on the music scene, releasing 31 albums and winning 15 Telegatti. Furthermore, in 1986, they were awarded the title of Knights of the Italian Republica recognition that testifies to their influence and extraordinary success.
The decision to dissolve the group was not caused by any particular arguments or disagreements between the members. Indeed, everyone was deeply saddened by this conclusion. On all these occasions Roby Facchinetti has always shown an enviable physical shape, thanks to the eating habits that help him stay healthy. He stated a La Gazzetta dello Sport to follow a varied but moderate diet: “I eat little, but everything.” When he goes to a restaurant, he immediately warns the waiter: “I don’t eat, I taste, I prefer small portions.” This goodbye to excessive portions it allows him to enjoy a wide range of foods without exceeding the quantities.
