Starting on October 14th in London and with two unforgettable stops in Milan in November, the Celebration Tour is approaching its grand finale. With five final acts in Mexico City from 20 to 26 April, Madonna will close the curtain on the tour which took her around the globe for six months to celebrate his incredible career. Having finished the three shows in Miami on 6, 7 and 9 April (with the evident enthusiasm of Ricky Martin) and waiting to ignite the audience in Austin, Texas on the 14th and 15th, the queen of pop gave herself a “free evening” at her son Rocco Ritchie’s show.

“I am so happy to have the evening free to enjoy my son Rocco’s latest collection of paintings entitled Pack A Punch inspired by Muay Thai fighters,” Madonna wrote on Instagram, calling herself “so proud” of the 23-year-old’s work and posting the shots from Miami Design District. Several photos from proudmom with her favorite artist, others alone while contemplating the paintings and then one with the other heirs, the children David Banda, 18, Mercy, 17 and twins Stella and Estere, 10 (only the eldest daughter Lourdes is missing).

With an emerald green suit with Texan vibes and a big white cowboy hat and transparent gloves, Wednesday 10 April Madonna treated herself to a “night off” from the tour left late due to his emergency hospitalization due to a serious bacterial infection which worried his family and fans. A break in which he wanted to show all his support for Rocco by visiting the space in the Design District of Miami where the exhibition of Pack A Punch signed by Rocco and inspired by Muay Thai fighters.

“I’ve been painting since I was a kid. It’s something that has always caught my attention and given me a place to escape to,” he explained in a recent interview with Artnet The Madonna’s second child and only one born from her union with the English director Guy Ritchie. Born in 2000, Rocco began his career in the art world using the pseudonym Rhed to avoid the controversies that usually affect nepo babies. An anonymity that didn’t last long, however.

“Rhed was something that came to me to go unnoticed in the first few years of work. I tried to keep going as long as possible, but eventually word got out…” he explained, “I’m proud about who I am and where I’m from, but I know people would have judged me differently in the early stages of my career if I had come out under my own name. I wanted to develop myself technically before performing under my own name.”

Co-founder of the Maison Rhed gallery where his paintings are sold for an average of 25 thousand euros each, Ritchie Jr. lives in the English capital but is a citizen of the world. At his side there girlfriend Olivia MonjardinSpanish socialite and fellow student at Central Saint Martins in London with whom she made her red carpet debut last month at the premiere of The Gentlemena Netflix series created and directed by dad Guy inspired by the 2019 film of the same name.
