Simona Ventura to Belve, the rumor about the drugs that persecuted her and the abortion at a very young age: «But her father never knew» – The video

One of the things that hit Simona Ventura the most during her career was her alleged drug use. The guest presenter of Belve da Francesca Fagnani herself admits it, in the interview broadcast on Rai2 today 16 April. For years, Ventura’s gossip about drugs struck her in an insistent and painful way: «I was so natural – says Ventura speaking of her enthusiastic way of presenting herself to the cameras – If you’re “up” then you use drugs…». That voice, according to Ventura, had been artfully pushed into the world of entertainment: «It was spread by people who wanted to spread it… Not the drugs – he jokes – the voice…». However, those rumors were not enough to hinder her work: “They didn’t harm me, because everyone knew it wasn’t true.” On several occasions, however, she admits that she too had to undergo the hair test to deny the rumors.

Abortion at a very young age

Ventura then talks about a difficult moment in his life, when at a very young age he decided to have an abortion. A choice that still makes her reflect today: «Would I do it again? I don’t know, but not a day of my life goes by without a thought for this unborn child.” Ventura said he made that decision completely independently. The child’s father “never knew” at the time.

The alleged flirtation with Adriano Galliani

Among the many gossips that have followed Ventura over the years there is also that of the alleged flirtation with Adriano Galliani. The presenter remembers how he was her boss at Mediaset at the time: «One day in a make-up room, where her ex-wife, Daniela, was also there, a make-up artist said “He’s with that… Simona Ventura”, getting the name wrong. From there the bomb spread… I was the last on the shelf, but from day to night…”. Smiling, Ventura explains how, in fact, from that moment the attitude towards him in Cologno Monzese had changed a lot: «Eh… I go to the canteen, ten tables calling me, Simona, there’s room… at a certain point, the more I said no, the more it was Yes. So in the end I let it go and I was even pleased.”
