BonelliErede announced the entry of the new partner Anna DiVilio. The professional comes from PwC TLS, where he held the role of legal director. Di Vilio has over 20 years of experience in consultancy for financial intermediaries and investment funds, gained in leading law firms. The professional deals with financial regulatory law, managed savings and investment funds, offering advice to banks, asset management companies and other intermediaries on contractual and corporate issues and regulatory profiles connected to their operations and extraordinary transactions involving these supervised entities. He has also gained consolidated experience in assisting leading asset managers and investors in the establishment of alternative investment funds and Sicafs and in the structuring, among other things, of real estate, energy, private equity and venture capital transactions through collective investment of savings. Di Vilio graduated in 2003 from Luiss Guido Carli University and began her career in the same year as a practicing Camozzi and Bonissoni.
