Rome, 29 June 2024 – The fans of the shopping they’ve already started the countdown: it’s set for next Saturday, July 6the fateful date ofstart of sales: the end of season promotional sales. The date is unique for all regions of Italy: what varies, however, are the methods, the duration and, consequently, the conclusion of the sales. The most attentive will have realised, however, that – as has been happening for some years now – online shops and multi-brand e-commerce platforms have already anticipated the start of promotions of a few weeks.

The sales calendar region by region
The website of Confcommercio shows the table with the updated start and end dates of summer sales 2024:
- Abruzzo July 6th for 60 days
- Basilicata July 6 – September 4
- Calabria July 6 for 60 days
- Campania July 6 for 60 days
- Emilia Romagna July 6 for 60 days
- Friuli Venezia Giulia July 6 for 60 days
- Lazio July 6th for 6 weeks
- Liguria July 6 – August 19 for 45 days
- Lombardy July 6th for 60 days
- Marche 6 July – 1 September
- Molise July 6 for 60 days
- Piedmont July 6 – August 31 for 8 weeks
- Puglia 6 July – 15 September
- Sardinia July 6 for 60 days
- Sicily 6 July – 15 September

Online sales
If you want to get ahead of the start of sales in stores, you can always dedicate yourself to shopping online: most brands and platforms e-commerce, in fact, has already notified its users of the opportunity to purchase at discounted prices. On e-commerce platforms such as Luisa via Roma, Farfetch, MyTheresa and Zalando, the section dedicated to promotions is full of interesting proposals, including finding top models for summer 2024 and even some autumn previews. As for the brand low costwe will have to wait until the first week of July, but some big names such as Zara, Mango, Benetton already offer a small selection of garments and accessories discounted from 20 to 40%.
