EVEN WITH SEVEN SEATS – The Opel Frontera it is the new compact SUV (438 cm long) which will replace the Crossland. A unique feature in this category is that of being able to have a passenger compartment with seven seats and a trunk with a regular shape and a minimum capacity of 450 liters (it becomes 1,600 by lowering the second row backrest).
ARRIVES IN AUTUMN – With the recent Italian preview, the Opel anticipated i prices of the new one Fronterawhich takes the name of the off-road vehicle from the 90s. Orders in Italy will be opened in the next few weeks (when the complete price list will be released) with deliveries of the first units which are expected to start fromautumn of 2024.
PRICES – Two versions of the Opel Frontera: the 3 cylinder 1.2 turbo 48 volt mild hybrid with 136 HP and six-speed dual clutch gearbox, which costs 24,500 eurosol’electric from 113 HP with a declared average autonomy of 300 km which costs 29,900 euros. A “long range” battery version will arrive later with a declared autonomy of 400 km.
NORMAL OR GS – There are also two setups: basic And GS. The first, among other things, includes a multimedia system with a 10-inch color touch screen and navigator, an instrument panel also visible on a 10-inch panel and a rear camera. The GS trim is characterized by being more stylish thanks to the presence of the contrasting black roof, the roof bars and the heated seats.
