TERMOLI. “In today’s meeting held at the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, the commitment was made to draw up a shared text on the formal guarantees of Acc to draw on the pool of Stellantis workers in Termoli for its employment needs, through methods agreed, except for specific professionalisms not found in the aforementioned basin even following training and retraining activities.
We asked Stellantis as a union to commit to guaranteeing in the coming years, for those who do not want to go to Acc, voluntary incentivized exit paths mainly aimed at retirement, as well as the opportunity for transfers always on a voluntary and agreed basis.
As for the collective agreement to be applied, ACC declared that at the next meeting it will resolve the reservation between the application of the CCSL or the Metalworkers CCNL.
In any case, there will then be a company agreement to discuss, probably locally, which defines the future performance bonus and addresses the other organizational issues posed by the ACC itself.
Finally, we reiterate the request that economic and regulatory parity be guaranteed in the transition from Stellantis to ACC, without interruption and with preservation of company seniority for all legal and contractual purposes.
At the next meeting, scheduled for June 5, we hope to receive the necessary answers to finally reach an agreement.”
