Oristano The leaders of 3A respond to the request to eliminate the Board of Directors requested by around thirty members. In a motion of no confidence, these propose the removal from office of five members of the board of directors.
A move that would automatically invalidate the entire council. In a note shared by the same board of directors, the president of the board of directors and the operational management of the coop it is underlined that «in relation to the news that appeared in the press on the request for an extraordinary meeting due to the disputes that emerged, the top management of the Cooperative confirms their willingness to collaborate with determination to consolidate the reputation of the company and its brands on the market, as confirmed by the extraordinary results achieved in 2023. Last year the turnover reached record levels never reached in over 65 years of history (232 million euros) and the remuneration to the member was brought to an average of 0.60 euros/litre including VAT in line with the national average, despite the difficulties triggered by the market crisis. To follow up on the growth path, the company top management refers any decisions on the best structure to the appropriate offices so that the Cooperative continues to be both a place for listening and discussion for all members, and a driving force for development and well-being for the entire territory regional”.
