The workers of Tenaris Dalmine have obtained a record bonus for 2023, which for the highest levels will reach 13,500 euros.
The company, as reported today (Wednesday May 1st) by The sun 24 hourscommunicated to its 2,200 employees at the Dalmine, Sabbio Bergamasco, Costa Volpino, Arcore and Piombino plants the value of the second tranche of the company profitability bonus (Pra), created in 1998 with the function of redistributing a share of the wealth to the workers generated, in proportion to the company’s economic result.
The production bonus
The Pra is a variable bonus that is paid to all employees and is linked, in part, to the level of classification to which the employee belongs, but also to a broader overall reward system. In all cases, the calculation is strictly connected to the results obtained. This second tranche, added to the first, anticipated and distributed in October, determines the prize for the entire year: for last year, it ranges from a minimum of 9,234 euros to a maximum of 13,482 euros.
