Activation is simple, accessible to anyone, even beginners. Simply apply the instructions included in the device packaging, which can be done in a few minutes. It can be used on two vehicles associated with the same contract, it is also available for motorcycles, and has the advantage of flexibility.

The steps to observe

Canceling Telepass is also an intuitive process, with a process consisting of just a few steps. The initial phase consists of accessing the official website, where the FAQ section, or answers to the most frequently asked questions, helps to resolve any type of doubt. Because in the beginning it can get confusing and a tool like this, typical of every up-to-date portal, helps you stay calm.

Once you enter the platform, you need to enter your personal data and tax code associated with the signed form. Please specify the reason for the termination of the relationship and indicates the date from which the decision becomes effective.

At this point, it is preferable to carefully check that you have entered the correct information, and then click on the “Send” button. To confirm the operation, the user will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the request.

Within seven days of cancellation, the owner is responsible for returning the device, free and without penalties. There are two methods: delivery to a Telepass Point (the network can be consulted on the website) or shipping via courier. In the second case, please explicitly request courier delivery to your home, where this is not possible.
