Nissan X-Trail, the N-Trek version arrives with the e-POWER engine

The new one arrives for Nissan X-Trail N-Trek version characterized by a look that recalls the off-road world. In fact, the car manufacturer, describing this model, underlines that it is designed for “enhance the adventurous character of the X-Trail“. for the moment there is still no information on prices for the Italian market. We remind you that the X-Trail starts from 41,750 euros.

Nissan X-Trail N-Trek it stands out for for a front that features a new dark-colored finish surrounding the signature V-Motion grille. The protective lower side of the front and rear bumpers has a gunmetal finish, while the rear-view mirror caps are black. The automaker adds that LED fog lights have been integrated into the lower section of the front bumper.

Among the accessories there is a package that includes rubber mats and reversible lining – with one washable side – of the boot. There’s no shortage of new 18-inch wheels either. Nissan X-Trail N-Trek you can have it in colors metallic Diamond Black and Dark Metal Gray and the pearly colors Pearl White, Champagne Gray and Ceramic Grey. Additionally, Pearl White, Champagne Gray and Ceramic Gray are also available with a contrasting black roof.

Nissan X-Trail N-Trek is combined with e-POWER motorization which we talked about a lot. The powertrain is made up of an electric motor that moves the wheels of the car (in the 4WD version there are two electric motors, one for each axle) and a petrol engine that works only as a generator (it is never used to provide traction to the wheels). Overall we have 150 kW (204 HP) for the front-wheel drive model and 157 kW (213 HP) for the 4WD one.

Nissan X-Trail N-Trek (4WD) has the e-4ORCE all-wheel drive. By taking advantage of a system that regulates the driving force and Torque Vectoring action, it allows you to offer safety and a high level of control in all driving conditions. Nissan says:

The most important features of e-4ORCE are the precision and speed with which the system regulates the driving power. When the sensors detect a change in grip on one or more wheels, as happens for example in the presence of water, snow or ice, the system adjusts the driving force on the individual wheel in a ten-thousandth (1/10,000) of a second, all automatically and without the need for driver intervention.

All that remains, therefore, is to wait for news on marketing in Italy.
