All companies that are regularly registered in the business register, those that have registration in compulsory general insurance, those that are not subject to disqualification sanctions and finally, those that are not in liquidation can benefit from the bonus in question. To benefit from the relief which is provided in the form of a tax credit, it is necessary to send an electronic application via the website of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security.
