The financial director Alessandro Galbarini spoke of a strategic buyback, considering that the group is going through a phase of constant growth. And above all, a significant increase in production capacity and profitability is looming for both 2024 and 2025: “We expect a 15% increase in volumes compared to 2023, with a further +10% already expected for 2025”his words reported by Day. Investments will continue, with attention to environmental impact and the connection with the territory.

Oeb Brugola produces more than 800 different types of screws and boasts more than 500 employees between Italy and the USA (factory in Michigan, ed.), but the history starts from afar, precisely from 1926. Egidio Brugola created the company as a factory of special washers and rings for engines and similar. The diversification of production led to the historic patent of the Hexagonal Hollow Screw with Twisted Shank and allowed the company to resist during the Second World War, also thanks to the principle of solidarity that animated the company and the founder.

With the economic boom and under the leadership of his son Giannantonio Brugola, the production range and sales areas expanded, especially with exports to Europe and overseas.

The rest is history: the company is a point of reference for the automotive industry and today is in the third generation of the Brugola family with the aforementioned Jody, who in 2018 became Commander of Merit of the Italian Republic.
