  • 300 gr puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 300 ml whipping cream

  • 50 gr powdered sugar
  • 50 gr Vanilla flavored pudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • First of all, take a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into strips.

  • In a saucepan, however, pour 100 g of sugar, 50 g of powdered vanilla pudding mix, 500 ml of milk, and mix.

  • Heat over low heat and then put the cream obtained in a bowl. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Now, transfer the cream into the bowl with the cream, mix, put everything in the pastry bag and fill the baked cannoncini removed from the sticks with this mixture.
