The shareholders’ meeting of Mediolanum Bank approved the financial statements for the 2023 financial year – closed with a net profit of 833.7 million euros – and resolved to assign an overall dividend per share of 0.7 euros, of which 0.28 euros have already been distributed as an advance in November 2023. The balance amount of 0.42 euros will be paid on Monday 22 April 2024 and made payable from April 24th.
Furthermore, the shareholders’ meeting proceeded to appointment of the board of directors who will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements as of 31 December 2026.
In the end, the shareholders of Banca Mediolanum have authorized the purchase and disposal of their own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 8,000,000 ordinary shares and, in any case, within the limit of the maximum overall consideration of 66,000,000 euros; the authorization to dispose of own ordinary shares was granted without time limits.
