Maseratia luxury sports car manufacturer which is part of the group Stellantisis “officially” entering the new electric dimension, where the Folgore range is ready to dominate and represent the future of the brand in the world. The announcement came on the occasion of Folgore Day, an event for the 110th anniversary of the Modena-based manufacturer.
A journey dedicated to electrification, innovation, luxury and excellence in the best Italian tradition, which Maserati has undertaken over the last year with the launch of its 100% electric models: GranTurismo Folgorethe first fully electric car from the Trident, Grecale Folgorethe first SUV powered by a full electric engine, and now, GranCabrio Folgore, the elegant and refined open-top version of its award-winning grand tourer sister, which will be launched on this occasion. Added to these are the super sports car MC20 Thunderboltdue to debut in 2025.
By 2028 L’electrification of the entire range of the Trident will thus be complete, as announced by Maserati at the beginning of 2024 during the sharing of its future strategic vision, which includes a growth plan aimed at sustainable long-term profitability, focused on the constant evolution of its brand and its products.
