“A Tutto Volume” has come to life. Friday evening, starting from 6pm, the squares, cloisters and gardens of Ragusa were transformed into places of culture.

Sixteen meetings that saw huge public participation.

Among the guests who took turns last night to talk about their latest books: Yasmina Pani, in dialogue with Antonio Pascale, who presented “Schwa: a solution without a problem” in the Prefecture Courtyard; in the same place, afterwards, the writer Francesco Carofiglio met the public to talk about his novel “The beautiful season”, while at the same time, in Piazza San Giovanni, the psychologist Stefania Andreoli presented, in dialogue with Fabio Manenti, “Io, you, love”.

The actor and writer Ninni Bruschetta presented The School of Silence in Piazza delle Poste and the scientist Nello Cristianini met the public to talk about Artificial Intelligence, in dialogue with Giada Giaquinta. Maurizio Scarpari was instead in the Garden of the Bishopric to talk about the growth of China and the consequences on the global economy.

The writer Viola Ardone, who for personal reasons was unable to physically be at the festival, was able to hold her meeting thanks to an online connection.

Among the last events of the evening, at 10.30 pm, Carlo Massarini, in Piazza San Giovanni, with the photographic book Vivo dal vivo 2010-2023 – an exciting journey of music through 120 concerts that have marked history and Antonio Pascale, at the Giardino Relais Antica Badia, with the monologue From Pinocchio to Masterchef, enchanted the audience by tracing a brief history of our evolution.

Luciano Canfora, Giancarlo De Cataldo, Francesca Fagnani, Sigfrido Ranucci, Carlo Massarini, Giorgio Vallortigara, Paolo Nori, Pegah Moshir Pour, Viola Ardone, Giobbe Covatta, Ninni Bruschetta, Michele Masneri and many other authors are the protagonists of this new edition of the festival conceived and directed by Alessandro Di Salvo and with guest directors Antonio Pascale, Massimo Polidoro, Federico Taddia and Paolo Verri.

Four days of meetings, shows, lessons and debates that will occupy the enchanting spaces of the Sicilian baroque city, involving a larger audience every year.
