«Kitemmorto… listening to Naples», the new book by Ciro Giustiniani

«Kitemmorto… listening to Naples» is the title of the new book by Ciro Giustiniani which the comedian will present, on Sunday 16 June at 12, at the Stazione Marittima of Naples, as part of the event “Naples city book”.

Published by Rogiosi, the book is a day-long journey through the voices, idioms and words of the hell of the Neapolitan language. A man and his mentor, almost like Dante and Virgil, they venture through alleys and streets, bars and churches, to discover a Naples that changes but remains true and true and that expresses all of itself in every exclamation of its people. The journalist will speak at the presentation Stefano Prestisimone and the TV author Oreste Ciccariello.

Ciro Giustiniani, a native of San Giorgio a Cremano, has made the art of the comic monologue his own since the early 2000s when he began to tread the stage both as a comedian and as a cabaret artist. Since 2012 he has been one of the protagonists of the comedy show Made in South, broadcast on Rai Due in prime time and programmes Made in Italy and Real Time’s Most Traditional Sunday.
