FLORENCE – Thursday 23 May at 7pm, in the “FuoriOnda” room (piazza Dante Alighieri 49) in Borgo San Lorenzo, Chiara Angeli will present his latest book “Chiara’s chalice”, introduced by the publisher Fabio Gimignani.

“Chiara’s chalice” is the book that Chiara Angeli wrote, describing herself and a painful internal rebirth that led her to become the woman of today.

From the carefreeness of youth to the awareness of an adult woman, passing through volunteering in Africa, friendships, love, disappointments and pain, Chiara talks about how she managed to rebuild herself also thanks to the support of loved ones and the love for a vineyard, in which she identified herself, managing to create something unique.

“If you want to take a step forward you have to lose your balance a little” is the phrase that summarizes the author’s thoughts, but which is not intended to be an ode to compromise: simply the observation that we are subject to change over time; to grow, to mature… just like that wine that Chiara managed to produce with so much dedication, taking care of an almost abandoned plot and bringing it back to a splendor that only commitment and absolute love can create.

Published by Jolly Roger Editions and distributed by LibroCo Italia, “Il chalice di Chiara” marks both a point of arrival and a starting point in the eternal adventure of Women in an all too masculine world. The arrival at an awareness that comes from the rediscovered love for oneself, and the departure towards new goals that only a profound inner determination is able to sustain.

The presentation will be enlivened by a tasting of the wines produced by the company led by Chiara Angeli herself, which will be possible to combine with a selection of delicacies created thanks to the creative flair of Rebecca Specogna, owner of “FuoriOnda”.

Entrance is free.
