Martina Baiardi – “From tomorrow I’ll train (for real)”

Appointment with Martina Baiardi Fitness Food, a young personal trainer who is causing a lot of talk about herself and who is in the book Starting tomorrow I’ll train (for real) (Gribaudo) tells a different story with a happy ending. If you know your body and listen to it, if you eat correctly and balancedly, you will be able to keep fit by following a path of physical and mental growth. A manual which, with a hint of irony, contains exercises, advice and useful information to start feeling better right away by learning to know and listen to your body.
