The presentation of the new book by took place in the splendid setting of the Rowing Club of Rome Maria Monsè, entitled “The 5th are the new 3rd” (2024, Pav Edizioni). A revolutionary book which, with some suggestions, gives new life to today’s fifty-year-olds and which spreads a new philosophy of life, namely that according to which time ceases to be a “devourer of beauty”.

Wrapped in a silver dress designed for her by the stylist Giovanna Ercolano, Monsè welcomed numerous prestigious guests including Emmanuele Russelli, general director of Cristian Lay (famous cosmetics and jewelery brand) and many colleagues from the world of entertainment. Among these, in particular, Amedeo Goria, Pietro delle Piane, Francesca Rettondini, Leopoldo Mastelloni, Elena Russo, Nadia Bengala, Giucas Casella and Giuseppe Cinelli, the poet Teo Bartolomeo di Giovanni, the president of the Milan Club Ischia Giovanni Ferrandino, Alessandro Impagliazzo, the portraitist of the divas Daniele Pacchiarotti, the video maker Antonello Martone, the lawyer Loredana Carrillo, Saverio Vallone, Antonio Zequila, Angela Grimaldi, Jolanda Gurreri, Irene Bozzi, Fulvio Rocco, Raffaello Balzo, Michele Spano’, Silvio Gallo, Mirella Panfili, Bianca Maria Lucibelli, the Squizzato twins, Maria Laura De Vitis, Nicole di Mario and many others.

It was a different presentation from the usual ones as the well-known DJ Andrea Salvatori entertained the guests with his musical intervals. Furthermore, the event planner Alessia di Bella organized a wonderful final surprise, namely the “Cannolo cake” from the Gelarmony pastry shop in honor of the Sicily where Monsè is originally from. Afterwards, again in honor of Monsè’s homeland, the guests were able to taste the first sparkling limoncello in the world, Paolo Canto’s Lemoncetto. Finally, among the new features, at the end of the presentation a reception was set up with many tasty appetizers, taken care of down to the smallest detail by Pepe catering. Among other specialties, a rich tasting of mozzarella and truffle burrata from the king of mozzarella Enzo Tammaro.
