All Granata fans (and not only them) may not remain indifferent to the news of the release of Sergio’s book Gabetto, son of Guglielmo the never forgotten Grande Torino striker who disappeared with the rest of his teammates in the Superga massacre. It is a work entitled “And if an angel in Lisbon” which wants to make the reader reflect on the randomness of our daily choices and on the meaning of life. This is an excerpt from the synopsis: “And what if it hadn’t happened? What if that group of young footballers hadn’t gotten on that plane in Lisbon? What if it hadn’t crashed on May 4th seventy-five years ago on the Superga hill? If it hadn’t disappeared, in an instant, that team of Invincibles?”. This book was written by Sergio Gabetto and the engineer and writer Orazio Di Mauro with the preface created by Beppe Gandolfo.
