After the presentation last March 20th in the Spazio Pingue premises, Davide Nanni returns to Sulmona with his book A Sentimento. An event that will not only be an opportunity to meet the Abruzzo chef ready to sign copies of his first editorial work, but something more.

As conceived and desired by the Purchasing Center New Village of Sulmona which will present a real culinary event on Friday 19 April starting from 5pm, before the meeting with the author. One show cooking which in the galleries of the shopping center will see the students of the “Marchitelli” hotel institute of Villa Santa Maria, the same one attended by Nanni, creating traditional dishes and more, which will then be offered to the public for tasting.

To talk about cuisine and territory, a combination that the chef from Anversa degli Abruzzi has been able to embody more than anyone else, showing the general public the secret ingredient for unique dishes. The love for one’s land with its values and traditions that Davide Nanni “puts” into every dish together with the other ingredients to be measured out, as he himself says “by feeling”.

Words that gave the title to his book where the recipes are accompanied by the wonderful and eloquent images of the photographer Andrea Calvano, a work already presented in bookshops in Italy and which returns to Sulmona on Friday for an event not to be missed. Hosted by the Nuovo Borgo shopping center which, as director Andrea Di Cosmo explains, “always welcomes initiatives that denote a strong reference to the territory”.
