He died this morning, aged 86, Luigi Piconeone of the best-known Neapolitan architects.
Formerly full professor of landscape and territorial architecture at the Federico II University, he was also director of the Alberto Calza Bini research center and director of the specialization course in landscape architecture.
Author of numerous architectural essays including «Garden and Park Architecture», «The Historic Gardens of the Royal Palace of Naples” And “The Landscape Project in Europe».
The funeral will be held on Sunday 21 April at 1.30 pm at the church of the Corpus Christi and Regina del Rosario Parish in via Manzoni in Naples.
