The Eagle– This morning, at the Active Gym Fitness Center, the BLSD (Basic Life Support and Defibrillation) course was held, organized by the Italian Sports Center Provincial Committee of L’Aquila in collaboration with 118.
To trainingwhich is part of the “L’Aquila City Territory” project, In addition to the kids from the cycle tourism instructor course, associations affiliated with CSI L’Aquila also took part.
About 20 people participated, all highly motivated and interested in the fundamentals of first aid and the use of the defibrillator.
After greetings from the President Pprovincial CSI L’Aquila Dr. Luca Tarquini, who thanks the Municipality of L’Aquila and the Abruzzo Region for their patronage, Dr. Calvisi took the floorwho illustrated the theoretical part of the course with extreme competence and clarity. Following this, Dr. Calvisi himself and an 118 operator divided the participants into groups to carry out the practical part.
The morning comes to an end with the delivery of certificates and with as many as 20 people who now know how to provide assistance in case of need!
