the massacre of soldiers that scares Moscow

A massacre of Russian soldiers killed by the Atacms. The long-range missiles that the United States has supplied to Ukraine since the beginning of April leave a very serious mark on the war. Analysts and experts are shining the spotlight on an attack carried out by Kiev and documented in the last few hours. An action conducted with the launch of 4 missiles on a training field in the Mozhnyakivka area, in Luhansk oblast. The attack is documented by a series of videos – which have been geolocalised – released on X by the OSINTechnical profile, an open source intelligence source.

“At least one Atacms hit a group of over 100 Russian soldiers,” we read in the analysis given to a series of posts. It is not clear when the action was carried out: Newsweek tried to contact the Russian Ministry of Defense but obtained no information of any kind.

The attack also finds space in the report of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), an American think tank that monitors the war on a daily basis. The ISW refers to an action that hit a training camp about 80 km from the front line. “Geolocated video indicates that Ukrainian armed forces hit a Russian training camp southwest of Mozhnyakivka, probably with 4 Atacms, and reportedly killed 116 Russian soldiers.”

The operation is one of the first traces, if not the first, of the Atacms who have just arrived in Ukraine. The weapons are capable of hitting at around 300 km away, with a significantly greater range than that of the version previously supplied by the US. The new missiles allow Kiev to strike deeply, well beyond the front line, with the possibility of inflicting very heavy damage.
