Does China support Russia’s war?

Washington has repeatedly asked China not to help Moscow’s war effort since the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, which came just weeks after Russia and China declared a «partnership without limits». Blinken last week criticized China’s support for Russia’s defense industry, saying Beijing is currently the main contributor to Moscow’s war in Ukraine through the supply of critical weapons components.
As for relations with North Korea, both Moscow and the North Koreans have repeatedly rejected accusations about the alleged arms deliveries. The Kremlin, however, says it will develop ties with any country it wants and that its cooperation with Pyongyang does not contravene international agreements.
