A simple request
Not everyone knows that the Rai license fee has undergone a reduction implemented this year, which has intervened to lower it, specifically, since 90 to 70 euros annual.
There are two requirements which, if present, allow taxpayers to be exempt from paying the annual Rai license fee: one is personal data and the other concerns the possession of a television.
The requirements
The age requirement exists when the taxpayer has more than 75 years: specifically, you can apply for exemption if you reach your seventy-fifth birthday by January 31st of the reference year for the request. In this case, if the request is sent by the user by this date, then the exemption will be for the entire current year, however, if it is sent from February 1st to July 31st – useful window for the application – then it will only be for the second semester.
The quantum exemption works more or less in the same way Not are in possession of a television, with the difference that the deadline for the request is June 30th and no later.
