The fourth season of Demon Slayer which will mark the beginning of a new phase in the adventure of Tanjiro and his companions, now supported by the powerful Hashira determined to strengthen the ranks of the hunters in view of the growing threat of Muzan Kibutsuji’s offspring, will debut today 12 May on Crunchyroll, but at what Now?
The incredible reception given to the first three seasons of the anime, and especially to the first film, dedicated to the short saga of the Mugen Train, have made Demon Slayer one of the most followed anime productions of recent years, and its return after the events of the village of katana forgers is among the most anticipated of the spring season.
Crunchyroll, as happened in the past, returns to being the main distribution platform of the series, and will release the first episode today in simulcast with Japan, where the narrative foundations will be laid for future developments that will accompany us for the initial part of the season. The Hashira training arc is crucial to Tanjiro’s growth, but it is also relatively short, taking place over just 9 chapters in the manga.
However, there will be no shortage of exciting moments, as we will already see in first episode arriving tonight at 8.45pm on Crunchyroll with Italian subtitles. The platform also revealed the date and time of the next episode, May 19th at 7.45pm. Subsequent appointments with the anime will always be released on Sundays at 7.45pm.
