As is known, the episode of L’Isola dei Famosi was not broadcast yesterday evening. The reality show hosted by Vladimir Luxuriahowever, did not record the expected ratings despite the new course wanted by Mediaset, but there are no closures on the horizon.
According to what was stated by Fanpage, in fact, the Vladimir Luxuria edition of the Island (intended to be the first and last) will close regularly in 5 weeks and as foreseen by the production plans the final will be broadcast on June 4th.
In fact, they are at the basis of the decision the commitments made with the sponsors by the productionwhich pushed Mediaset to continue with the original roadmap to avoid paying penalties.
For this reason, after the numerous withdrawals, to which were added the eliminations and expulsions which halved the cast, Mediaset decided to reduce the appointment to one episode per week rather than look for new additions to strengthen the competitors.
The reasons for this drop in ratings are difficult to attribute to a single person or a single factor: the first episode recorded a 20% share, while the last one (on 29 April) stopped at 16.9%, even even lower than the edition conducted by the contested Ilary Blasi.
