The dancer Lucia Ferrari recalls her experience in the Amici 23 school to the microphones of Comingsoon.it.

We interviewed exclusively Lucia Ferrarithe dancer of the team led by Emanuel Lo and Lorella Cuccarini. Feisty, talented and determined, Lucia enters the race in talent show by Maria De Filippi, thanks to a challenge that involved the owner Chiara Porchianello, managing to bewitch everyone with her talent. Unfortunately she is eliminated during the third episode of the Evening of Amici 23.

A few weeks before the finals, that’s what Lucia Ferrari he told us about Comingsoon.it: from entry into school Friendsa unique experience that allowed him to experience unforgettable emotions, al special relationship born with the singer Ayleup to his own dreams in the drawer.

With your talent you have won the respect and affection of your classmates, professors and even Maria De Filippi. How would you describe your journey?

Satisfying because I worked hard every day. It was a more unique than rare experience, full of ups and downs, which taught me and changed me a lot. I am satisfied, even though I would have liked to do much more. Looking back on my journey I have no regrets because all the choices I made were made for my own good and to teach me something. I am very competitive with myself so the Evening was a test, a challenge with myself. Unfortunately I was unable to achieve some goals I had set for myself. I will continue to dance and prove my worth on the outside.

The best memory and the most difficult moment experienced in school?

There are two best memories: one linked to the performance with Angelina Mango, it was an honor for me and I had a lot of fun, and paradoxically another linked to the episode in which I came last in the rankings. On that occasion Maria gave me the chance to dance a second time and I let myself go completely. The most difficult moment, however, was before picking up the shirt for the Evening. I was completely stuck, I couldn’t find the right motivation to move forward. My mood wasn’t the best either, I couldn’t live my days well at school. I experienced a moment of down which, fortunately, didn’t last long.

Speaking of Angelina, you had the chance to perform with her on the notes of La Noia…

Angelina is fantastic, a beautiful person. Having lived in America until 2021, I started following Friends last year right when both Angelina and Isobel were on it. Dancing and performing with both of them was therefore surreal, beautiful. Angelina was really nice and kind to me.

Many have become passionate about your special relationship with Ayle. Did her closeness help you during your school career?

Ayle was a breath of fresh air for me. She always gave me a lot of lightness with her jokes, she helped me unplug on the most stressful days. You were a great point of reference in the school. We helped each other because we understood each other. We are very different, but in many ways we are similar. Having someone who believes in you is always nice. She is someone I really care about.

At school you bonded a lot with your classmates, but also with the professional Giulia Stabile…

Giulia is a truly special person, a friend that I wish everyone to find. I respect her very much. I absolutely didn’t expect to bond so much with her. From the outside I saw her as the professional of Amici and she instead is a simple girl like me, with her insecurities and fragility. She was there even in the most difficult moments, she helped me both artistically and humanly. She always put our good first. Also because having participated in Amici as a student, she understood our moods very well. Being in the room with her was truly inspiring.

Emanuel Lo supported you from day one and expressed great respect towards you. What did it mean for you?

I couldn’t have had a better professor than him. He has always been there, I have never felt alone. He always pushed me to give my best, he supported and respected me from my first day at the school.

Are Marisol and Dustin the two dancers who will compete for the title of the dance category? What do you think of them?

They are two beautiful people and two fantastic dancers who I respect very much. They are very strong. Marisol is a hard worker, I see myself a lot in her. We are very similar. She is also very hard on herself, she is determined and always pushes herself beyond her limits. On a human level I got along very well with her, she made me feel good. I met Dustin at the casting, we were the only foreigners and so we hit it off straight away (laughs ed.). He too is a good, humble, nice person. An extraordinary dancer. I wish they would both win.

Who will win Amici?

I don’t know, I change my mind every day. All those who remained at the Evening are strong and deserve it. Any of them could win. I’m rooting for everyone, but especially for Dustin and Marisol. If I had to pick a winner, I would like it to be Mari or Dustin.

Would you like to return to Amici as a professional?

Absolutely yes, coming back and working with all the choreographers and professionals would be a dream. Friends, it’s home for me now, a place I will never forget.

Dreams in the drawer?

I would like to travel the world dancing. Dance is my life, it makes me feel good, free. I would love to dance for great national and international artists like Taylor Swift, Beyonce…It would be incredible, I dream big.
