The program conceived and conducted by Maria De Filippi is always evolving
What they have in common, are to name a few, Stefano De Martino, Alessandra Amoroso, Annalisa, Emma, Giuseppe Giofrè and Daniele Sibili up to Angelina Mango? They all come from the same “artistic mother” and the mother, in this case, is Maria De Filippi. Today they are successful singers, dancers and presenters, a sign that in 23 editions the road to success has been possible thanks certainly to talent, but also to painstaking work made of sacrifice and a lot of work. Maria De Filippiwho created and conceived the talent, always told anyone who entered and left the school that that step represents only a stepping stone and that, therefore, only the strength and determination of future singers and dancers would make the difference.
And this is exactly what happened and continues to happen for years with the program which is a rock-solid certainty in the Canale 5 schedule like other successes such as “You’ve Got Mail”, “Temptation Island” and “Men and Women”. The singers, somehow, they are “noticed” by some major or independent labels to begin a musical journey made up of first singles and, as now happens, only later with albums or EPs. But it’s been a few years now the waters are tested during the six months of stay in the school. In fact, it gives us the opportunity, over the weeks, to be able to land on the platforms and understand the public’s response. An excellent test both for a possible record investment and for the student who can understand how and what to straighten out in the continuation of the artistic path and treasure it for the future, if he wishes.
For dancers, the doors of both theaters and international companies often open wide. We have seen the success, for example, of Giuseppe Giofrè who also danced in the international tours of Taylor Swift and Jennifer Lopeznot to mention Daniele Sibili, a permanent presence in the dance troupe of Madonna. Then there are dancers who decide to hang up their shoes and try a television career, just like what happened to Stefano De Martino which, today, it is one of the leading faces of Rai 2after a long apprenticeship in the afternoon program of “Amici di Maria De Filippi” as narrator and guide of the children inside the school.
In short, this year too “Amici di Maria De Filippi” has turned the spotlight on a new class and we are already racing towards the Grand Final which will be held on May 18th in prime time on Canale 5. Who will come out on top? The focus is on the singing category this year, after it triumphed in the last edition Mattia Zenzola (which was recently part of the musical inspired by “Mare Fuori”). Holden and Midas they seem to be in pole position.
Whatever happens, one certainty: Maria De Filippi has created new jobs this year too.
