In the next episode of Bitter earth (Bir Zamanlar Çukurova), on air Sunday 28 April on Channel 5, Hamran, a young Lebanese mafia boss is about to kill Hakan to avenge his father’s death, but Abdulkadir intervenes just in time to save his friend, he wounds Hamran with a gunshot and puts him to flight.
Hakan, however, fears that the man may carry out a retaliation against his family, so he convinces Zuleyha to go on holiday, a honeymoon with the children in tow in order to get away from Hamran’s threat.
Sermin and Betul live in Vahap’s house who has given them hospitality, but treats the two women like servants. When Abdulkadir discovers them in her brother’s house, he forces her to pack her bags and leave, leaving them again in the middle of a street.
In the episode broadcast Friday 26 April in prime timeInstead, both Hakan and Abdulkadir they get bullets from Hamran, who continues to threaten them. They decide to ask Vahap to solve the problem. Fikret manages to track down Ali Riza, the man who killed Fekeli on behalf of Abdulkadir, and offers him to take care of his family in exchange for confessing to the authorities, but he refuses. Abdulkadir’s men also find Ali Riza; they would have the task of killing him, but they let him escape.
Meanwhile, Vahap continues to haunt Colak: He causes a dead mouse to be found in the restaurant, thus causing panic among the customers. Sermin and Betul elaborate a plan to escape from Vahap’s hospitality. Sermin shows up at Colak’s villa and manages to convince the guards to let her in with the excuse of having to get some clothes for her daughter, when in reality she takes a gun. Hakan falls into Hamran’s trapwho points a gun to his head and is ready to kill him to avenge his father’s death.
