Il Commissioner of the Governmentin collecting and valorising the observations of the operators in the sector, highlighted the importance – shared by the representatives of the Police Force – of encouraging public transport workers to promptly file a complaint against the aggressors.

The tops of Trentino Transport they have shown attention to the issue of worker and user safety: video surveillance cameras are installed at depots and stations, while means of transport are equipped with driver protection cabins and emergency call buttons connected to the operations centres of the police force.

Expressing satisfaction for the wide availability and sensitivity demonstrated, the Prefect made an appointment at the beginning of September, starting a path constituted by quarterly meetings on the topic, followed by specific technical tables, to evaluate the most appropriate and effective measures to guarantee the safety of travelling personnel and users of the public transport service.
