The soldiers of the Itri Station Command and the NORM Operational Section of the Formia Company, under the orders of Lieutenant Alessandro Tolo, on the evening of 28 June last, during prepared services aimed at preventing and repressing crimes relating to narcotic substances, took A young foreigner of Albanian origin, 40 years old, DG (his initials), already known to the police for his judicial past, is under arrest for resistance and violence against a public official.
Near a well-known street in the city center of Formia, the military of the Arma identified and decided to proceed with the control of the 40-year-old, due to his suspicious behavior. After the carabinieri stopped, however, the young man opposed a violent and energetic resistance towards the officers, in a vain attempt to disappear and not submit to checks.
On the man, promptly stopped and therefore subjected to a search, small quantities of crack and cocaine were found. For these reasons he was promptly reported to the competent administrative authority, while, for the aggression paid towards the military, in full synergy with the Judicial Authority of Cassino, he was declared under arrest for violence and resistance to a Public Official.
After this morning’s very direct ritual, which took place at the Cassino Court, the arrest was validated and the Albanian citizen was associated with the Cassino prison, as ordered by the single judge.
