Friday 19 July 2024 the next meeting of the Inclusion Table entitled will be held “Behavioral efforts: criteria and good practices, a comparison in experience” in continuity with the work addressed during the FOE conference in March last year
In reference to the guidelines for the prevention and management of behavioral crises at school, (see material published by the USR ER: https://www.foe.it/centro-servizi/usr-er-prevenzione-e-gestion -of-behavioral-crises-at-school-second-edition) this moment of working together is intended to be the opportunity to share criteria and good practices that each school is trying to include in their work experience as well as questions and difficulties which could be the subject of the afternoon dialogue.
During the second part of the day, the work will continue by comparing the contents identified during the morning’s dialogue with the technical-specialist support and testimony of Dr. Cristina Volpe, mother of two creative children and child neuropsychiatrist at ATS Lecco.
The table is aimed mainly at SEN representatives and/or support teachers with disability coordination roles in associated schools and coordinated by Clara Favella (La Traccia Schools, Maresso di Missaglia), Maria Laura Rosati (La Traccia Schools, Calcinate) and Marco Menegatti (Free Schools Foundation, Florence).
The meeting will take place only in person according to the following program:
- 10.45 am: Meeting at the headquarters of Cdo Opere Educative, Via Legnone, 20 Milan
- 11.00 am: Introduction and presentation
- 11.15am: Dialogue with thematic: criteria, good practices, questions and difficulties in relation to the behavioral difficulties of DVA and BES students
- 1.00 pm: Conclusions
- 1.30pm: Lunch break
- 2.30 pm: Dialogue with Dr. Cristina Volpe, Neuropsychiatry for children and adolescents, ATS Lecco
- 4.30pm: Closing of the working table and final conclusions
Participation at the table is free, registration must be made no later than July 16, 2024. After this date the form will no longer be accessible, therefore for further registration requests it will be necessary to contact the secretariat by email writing to [email protected].
For lunch a contribution of 15 euros will be required which will be collected on site.
The registration confirmation email will be automatically sent by the system ONLY to the email address indicated in the field voicemail email of the registration form while, when registration closes, individual participants will receive at the address personal email confirmation and instructions for in-person participation are indicated in the registration form.
