Brunelli unstoppable in Olympic weightlifting: gold medal in the Bentegodi home.

Great performance for the Bentegodi champion, Carlotta Brunelli, at the national finals of the Italian Olympic weightlifting championships. These were held at the state police sports center in Fiumicino, Rome, June 23rd.

Brunelli literally swept the field in the 71 kg category, lifting 96 in the clean and 113 in the clean, for a total of 209 kg. A performance that has it consecrated for the umpteenth time absolute Italian champion.
