A Friulian student wins gold medal in the mechanics competition

First place at the National Mechanics Competition.

AND’ the student who earned the “gold medal” at the National Mechanics Competition is from Friuli: the competition, hosted at the Einaudi Institute in Correggio, in fact saw first place Daniele Cainerowho attends Itis Kennedy in Pordenone.

Cainero, passionate about athletics and mechanics, excelled out of 31 students coming from technical institutes throughout Italy. “Congratulations to Daniele and his teachers for this excellent result,” he declared Piervincenzo Di Terlizziacting director of ITIS Kennedy.

This success adds to an already long list of trophies won by the school in 2024. The institute had already obtained the first place in the Robocup 2024 National Robotics Competition, held in Dalmine. In this competition, students Stefano Ciprian, Gianpietro Cittolin and Lorenzo Trevisan they teamed up to beat over 50 institutes and take home the victory, receiving an ABB Yumi Single Arm collaborative robot as a prize. ITIS Kennedy students, distinguished for their brilliance and innovation, will be inducted in the Register of Excellence of the Ministry of Education and Merit.
