“At the gate of heaven” began yesterday, Sunday 23 June in the city of Civitanova Marche, the week of evangelization in collaboration with the Passionist friars, the parishes of the city of Civitanova Marche, the Municipality of Civitanova Marche and the Friends of Jesus group Crucifix – Family group. Every day, until Sunday 30 June, there will be activities, initiatives, concerts, with which to announce the faith and joy of the encounter with the Lord.
After the announcement and the missionary mandate which took place yesterday simultaneously in the seven churches of Civitanova Marche, numerous events open to all will begin from today. At 4 this morning the mass of San Giovanni Battista c/o the free beach on the south seafront; at 8pm, aperitif and viewing of the Italy-Croatia match at the San Gabriele parish. Tomorrow, at the Chalet Hosvi on the north seafront, at 9pm children’s games and at 9.30pm musical evening Band and DJ SET. Wednesday at 8pm, at the Cinciallegra, “Experience under the stars”, aperitif and scientific-biblical moment. Thursday 27th, at 9pm, evangelization and leafleting experience on the beach. Friday evening, June 28th, will be the turn of Reale’s important concert/testimony, at 9.30pm at the gate on the sea. Free entry upon reservation. Saturday at 9pm “A light in the night”, an evangelization experience along the north/south seafront. Finally, Sunday 30 June, at 7pm, final mass at the Cristo Re parish; followed by a party together.
Every day the Passionist missionaries will be available from 6pm onwards in the parishes of San Carlo, San Gabriele and Cristo Re.
